Days 203 – 208

These last chemo days are crawling by somewhat.  I’m not entirely sure what I’ve been doing with my time, I’m in a bit of a stupor.  I’ve been rearranging furniture in the house at 45A; sorting out the junk and trying to make it look habitable but empty somehow to encourage the imagination of potential purchasers.  A little bit each day and its getting there.

I’ve also spent the last few days slowly sorting furniture in the studio, after several successful eBay purchases of sofas and chairs and bed frames.   Sorry to say that my huge lovely flumpy fire hazard 70’s sofa is being retired, replaced by two rather upright Italian cream leather models  – cruel isn’t it?  But I’m still planning to let this place out on Air BnB or whatever, and although I think I can make a play on it being shabby and well-lived-in there are probably limits…

Brother Simon’s been great – helping me lug stuff around and collecting things in his van.
